Thank you for responding so positively to our 40% Sale.

Owing to the massive response we are experiencing some shipping delays and our  phone lines are very busy.

We apologise for this and we are doing all we can to get your shoes to you as soon as we can.

UK
All shoes will be shipped FREE OF CHARGE within the UK using Home Delivery Network - please refer to delivery heading for information

Europe
All products shipped throughout Europe will incur Post & Package from £10.00 per order. This will increase with the weight of the parcel.

Shipping costs will be calculated and shown separately in your shopping basket.

Customs
You will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the goods reach your country.

Delivery

Under normal circumstances all orders received by 4pm (Monday to Friday) will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours assuming stock is available. In the case of stock not being available, we will contact you directly to advise you on expected arrival of new stock or discuss alternative choices.

UK
Packages are shipped using Home Delivery Network and should arrive by 3 working days of sending unless otherwise stated. **

Items will require a signature on receipt so please provide a delivery address where someone will be present to sign for your order. If no one is available to sign for your order then a ‘you were out' card will be left, detailing collection or re-delivery options.

Europe
These orders are sent via Recorded Royal Mail First Class Packet Post and will normally arrive within 5 days of sending. **

Next Day Delivery - UK Mainland only

£4.50 Home Delivery Network

We have teamed up with Home Delivery Network to offer you a next day delivery service for orders placed by 3pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 3pm, Monday to Thursday will be processed and sent the following day. Orders placed after 3pm Thursday will be dispatched on Friday for delivery on Monday.

Despatch Delays
These are unavoidable every now and then when we are experiencing a sudden increase in volume of orders and processing and despatch may take longer than 48 hours. When this happens we will post a note on our home page explaining how long despatch is taking.

Returns & Replacements

We hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your order; we make every effort to give you quality products and a great service.

Sweetfeet returns Policy
Sweetfeet Shoes are happy to exchange or refund if the conditions below are met:

  • The item is clean, has not been worn outside and is in resaleable condition.
  • The item is returned to Sweetfeet Shoes within 21 days of purchase.
  • There is a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The original labels are still attached.

Sweetfeet Shoes are UNABLE to exchange or refund for:-

  • Items that are not faulty but are no longer in a resaleable condition as a result of being worn.

N.B. Please ensure your crocs are the right fit by wearing them round the house on carpet when you first get them. Once they have been worn outside they become non resaleable and we WILL NOT be able to exchange or refund your purchase.
This does not affect your statutory rights

Please note that this Returns Policy does not apply to Jibbitz which we CANNOT exchange or refund.

Replacement Rivets
If the rivets on your crocs are faulty we can send replacements. Please DO NOT incur the cost of sending your crocs back as we will send you replacement rivets FREE OF CHARGE.

  1. Please enclose a note, quoting your original order number, also reason for return, and if looking for a replacement, what style, colour and size, you require.
  2. Any COSTS incurred in returning the item are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you organise postage that requires a signature when it arrives back here so you have proof that it was delivered Eg Recorded Delivery
  3. We cannot accept any responsibility for any returned products whilst they are in the postal system until an employee of Sweetfeet Shoes has signed for the delivery.
