What is the difference between the Cayman and the Beach?

To look at them there is no difference between the Cayman and the Beach apart from a slightly different pattern at the bridge of the shoe where the heel strap rests if you wear it forward.

The Beach is the original Croc and was brought out to cover 2 adult shoe sizes (extra small 2-3, small 4-5, medium 6-7, large 8-9, x large 10-11, xxlarge 12-13), it is consequently a slightly wider fitting than the Cayman.

The Cayman was brought out as a slightly narrower version of the Beach and covers every adult shoes size (4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13)

When will I receive my order?

Under normal circumstances your order will be processed and posted within 24 hours of receipt (monday to friday).

UK: goods are shipped by royal mail first class and will normally arrive *within 2 working days of shipment.

Next Day delivery - £4.75 (UK mainland only) We have teamed up with Royal Mail to offer you a next day delivery service for orders placed by 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 4.30pm will be processed and sent the next day Monday to Thursday and Friday after 4.30pm will be sent out the following Monday.

Europe: goods are shipped by royal mail international signed for service and will normally arrive *within 3 -5 working days.

How much is post and package?

Normal post is free for all deliveries within the UK.

Guaranteed next day delivery is £4.75

All orders to the Euro region are charged at £5 per order.

Note if your order has to be shipped in more than one parcel we will only charge post and package for one parcel.

Any customs or import duties levied once the goods arrive at their destination are the responsibility of the customer. Sweetfeet shoes have no control over these charges.

All shipping costs will be calculated and shown in your shopping basket.

What if my order is out of stock?

We are unable to guarantee that all items are available when you place your order. if, for whatever reason your crocs are out of stock, we will inform you by email or phone as soon as possible and give you an idea of delivery time or suggest another colour or style if appropriate. You are always welcome to cancel your order if you prefer not to wait for stock to come in.

If we do not hear from you your order is automatically put in our "pending" system and as soon as we receive these items into stock we will send them out to you.

Supply problems

Every now and then certain "popular" items/colours become "unavailable" from our supplier on a temporary basis and we are unable to confirm when they will come into stock. If this is the case we will inform you that there is a "temporary supply problem" with this item and advise a change of colour or style for a speedier delivery.

How do I return goods?

Goods may need to be returned to us for a number of reasons:-

  • change of size
  • change of colour
  • change of style
  • cancel order
  • damaged goods

If you need to return goods to us you need to do so within one month from the date of purchase.

Sweetfeet shoes will exchange or issue a credit note if all four conditions below are met:

  • the item has not been worn and is in resaleable condition.
  • the item is returned to sweetfeet shoes within 21 days of purchase.
  • there is a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
  • the original labels are still attached.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please enclose a note, quoting your original order number and the reason for return, and if looking for a replacement, what style, colour and size you require. You must take reasonable care of the item, retain all original packaging and must not use them. We cannot accept goods back that have been noticeably been worn, washed, ironed, tumble dried or used. Any costs incurred in returning the item are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you organise postage that requires a signature when it arrives back here so you have proof that it was delivered. !! We cannot accept any responsibility for any returned products whilst they are in the postal system until an employee of Sweetfeet shoes has signed for the delivery. !! Again if the products are of high value we advise making sure that they are insured for the retail price when retuning them, we make sure of this when we send them to the customer at no extra cost. For lower value items please send by recorded post (up to £28.00 insurance), higher value use special delivery(up to £250 insurance).

What do I do if my order has been placed twice by error, or I do not know if it has been placed at all?

Don't panic!

If you think you may have placed the order more than once we normally pick this up during the course of processing but please email or call just to confirm.

Once you have placed an order you will receive a "confirmation of order" email from us along with an order number. If you are concerned that your order has not been confirmed please call or email.

Can I change or insert something to an order that has already been placed?

You can make any changes to your order apart from adding to the £ value of it. For your security we are unable to add any more £ value to the order once it has been placed. We can however take payment over the telephone using a PDQ machine or refund any balance.

You can make changes to your choice of:

  • colour
  • size
  • style

Changes to your order can be emailed to us or added to the comments part of your order.

Where are crocs made?

The majority are made in China. They are also manufactured in Canada, Romania, Italy, Mexico, United States of America and most recently Bosnia.

Where did the idea of crocs come from?

On a Caribbean sailing trip from Islas Mujeres, Mexico to Maiami in May 2002. three Boulder Colorado natives began dreaming about the perfect boat shoe. They wanted a shoe that incorporated function, fashion and fun, was slip-resistant and waterproof, didn't smell and would be the most comfortable shoe in existence!

Why are crocs beneficial for my feet?

Beyond being comfortable, the shoes have some features that make them especially good for feet. The shoes are designed with built in arch support, circulation nubs, and an orthotic heel cup to support and protect the heel. In addition, the crocs are ventilated for cooling and filtering purposes, as well as slip and marking resistant.

How do I care for my crocs shoes?

Fit: to adjust your crocs backstrap, grasp the heel strap with both hands on either side of the "crocs" wording and gently stretch outwards from the middle until it retains the desired fit. For a customized fit that can be adjusted for any activity, use the crocs turbo strap.

Clean: keep your crocs clean by rinsing them with cold water and soap, or to bring them back to their original luster, try crocsbutter.

Heat: do not expose your crocs to extreme heat or intense sunlight for an extended period of time. Due to the unique nature of the croslite material, high temperatures can cause them to warp.

Grip: crocs are known for their great grip but like any performance tyre, when the tread becomes worn, their grip becomes compromised. That's when you know it's time to treat yourself to a new pair.

What is croslitetm?

Croslitetm, is a proprietary closed cell resin (pccr) which is not plastic nor rubber. Croslitetm is closed-cell in nature and anti-microbial, which virtually eliminates odour. It is an extraordinary impact absorbing resin material developed for maximum cushioning. Its closed cell properties resist odor, inhibits bacterial and fungal growth and are non­toxic. This versatile material can be worn next to skin and be cleaned with just soap and water.

Why are they called crocs?
