SHIPPING

UK: All Crocs will be shipped FREE OF CHARGE within the UK by Royal Mail - please refer to delivery heading for information

EUROPE: All products shipped throughout Europe will incur Post & Package at £5.00 per order.

NON EU: Post and Package will be charged at £5.00 per item

Shipping costs will be calculated and shown separately in your shopping basket.

CUSTOMS: You will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the goods reach your country.

DELIVERY

Under normal circumstances all orders received by 4.30pm (Monday to Friday) will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours assuming stock is available. In the case of stock not being available, we will contact you directly to advise you on expected arrival of new stock or discuss alternative choices.

UK: Packages are shipped by Royal Mail First Class Packet Post and should arrive within 2 working days of sending. **

Europe: These orders are sent via Recorded Royal Mail First Class Packet Post and will normally arrive within 5 days of sending. **

DESPATCH DELAYS

These are unavoidable every now and then when we are experiencing a sudden increase in volume of orders and processing and despatch may take longer than 48 hours. When this happens we will post a note on our home page explaining how long despatch is taking.
